Issue
The Residences at the Manor, a large apartment community in Frederick, Maryland, required new promotional materials. Since the Manors opening in the early 1980s, numerous apartment communities had been constructed which were more contemporary in design. How then to position a 15-year old property whose centerpiece was an 18th century manor house.
Solution
Exclusivity and heritage were the chief positioning factors in the development of the materials. Potential residents were invited to live on the Manors historic grounds with century-old trees and boxwood gardens where they could enjoy a host of privileges. A colonial floral motif served as a signature art approach used throughout all materials.
